1. Does Pixprofit have any other websites?
Yes, the owner of Pixprofit also owns and operates standalone.entrymania.com. All your accounts can be used to any of these sites.
2. How to join?
As a group leader, I will provide you accounts that you'll be using when you work.
3. Can you explain how variable rate (tariff) for group worker works?
Priority # determines which payment rate ($ per 1 picture) you belong. For new accounts, 4 is the starting priority which will give you $0.0008 per correct entry, 0 is the best priority to get which will give you $0.001 per correct entry, while 9 is the worst priority to arrive which will give you $0.00055 per correct entry. Priority # is not constant, it keeps on changing. You should work with good quality and spend enough time for work to get the best priority # and highest rate.

4. Can I work in Pixprofit website with multiple accounts at the same time?
Yes, you can work with maximum of 2 accounts in one PC at the same time. You just need to use 2 different web browsers to be able to work with both accounts. We prefer Mozilla Firefox and Google Chrome.

5. How to Pause without skipping images so that I will not be banned and penalized?
When you would like to take a break, type the text (don’t press Enter!) and then click on SEND PAUSE. Clicking on SEND PAUSE button do the action of submitting your text and then pausing the loading of images. This is compulsory every-time you want to have a short break or if you want to log-out to avoid skipping of images. You can directly click on Log-out while there's no image received.
6. How to Log-out without skipping images so that I will not be suspended and penalized?
- type the image you last receive,
- click on Send Pause button,
- click on log-out.
***you can immediately click on Log-out or any tab (like Preference, Statistics, Group, Read It) if there is no image you received.
7. I'm using a prepaid internet service and/or subscribed to a VPN (Virtual Private Network), am I allowed to work in this website?
Yes, you can. However, our server requires an internet connection with a speed of at least 514 kbps. Based on our experience, most of the banned/penalized accounts are those that were using prepaid internet connection or VPN for the main reason that images will not load properly thus encoders were not able to recognize images and most of them were being skipped without text submitted. With anonymous IP, you cannot access the Pixprofit sites.
8. What are the common reasons our accounts got banned?
Suspension and penalization is done only by Pixprofit's security system and/or by the site Admin himself. Most of the common reasons for these are as follows:
1. Skipping images. Work fast! Your account will be suspended if the image timer (30 seconds) frequently expires. Don't leave a single image with no text submitted. Use Send Pause button if you want to take a short break. Do not click on Log-out while there is still an image not encoded.
2. Submitting garbage texts. Typing lots of "image unavailable", "dontsee", "?", "cannot see", "blank" or any text that doesn’t resemble the content of the image is considered “garbage”.
3. Wrong use of space. In two-word pictures, you should type both words separated by a space. Be careful with images that appear to have spaces between the letters or numbers, most of them don't! You will only need to type space(s) on images that has 2 or 3 words.
Here are some additional tips for browser or website based encoding (Pixprofit) to avoid getting banned..
- Do not use softwares. Most softwares failed, especially when you are using an outdated version.
- DO NOT work when Pixprofit is still updating or upgrading their server.
- DO NOT work when Pixprofit site is slowed and kept you disconnected. You might end up getting so many skipped images.
- Solve the Cat-Dog Pictures (Pixprofit Anti-Cheat CAPTCHA) correctly in time.

10. How much is the penalty for a banned account?
Every banned account is penalized with $3.00 deducted from your total $ earned. All banned accounts are no longer usable.
11. I was working with a new account, I initially typed around 30 images and got 29 pictures in my account balance but after few minutes my balance was set back to 0. Why?
That is normal and standard for all new accounts. New accounts normally have these introductory 30 Practice CAPTCHAs queued in them. These initial 30 CAPTCHAs don't give you credits and not included in payments.
12. I was working with my account#1 using Firefox and after few hours of typing I logged out. Then I logged-in my account#2 using the same browser (Firefox) but when I opened it and started working, the balance showing was not of my account#2 but of my account#1. Is this normal?
Yes, it is. Our server saves cache and cookies of our previous Stats specifically balance and priority #. All you need to do is delete your browser's cache and cookies. You can also use different browser for each account #.
13. I was working with one my accounts and after few hours of typing I logged out. I have decided to re-login because I was not able to take note of my latest balance, but when I log-in it says "
Take Note: For both browser and software: If you have just logged out from typing images, you can not re-login right-away, you need to wait up to 20 minutes for you to be able to access your account again. It would take time for the system to update your stats and priority #.
