BASIC RULES IN TYPING:
1. In two or three-word pictures, you should type both words separated by a space. 2. You should type symbols as well. These symbols are: @ # $ % ^ & *
But no need to type punctuations like “ , ‘ . ; : / { } [ ] ( ) _ -
3. You should type case-sensitive. Capital letter should be capital, small letter should be small. If you don't do that, you will be banned and you'll get penalty.
4. Don’t type garbage text!
RULES AND TIPS:
1. Work fast. Type fast. Don’t let the timer expire or run out! This is both a Rule and a Tip. You will earn more money in less time if you work faster. On the other hand, your account will be permanently banned if the image timer (30 seconds) frequently expires.
When you would like to take a break or logout, click on “PAUSE ALL” button, then type the texts of all incoming images (don’t let the timer expire!) and then wait until all IDs are in “Pause!”. Then that’s the time you can close the Soft to end your day’s login session.
2. Type Correctly. Even the uppercase and lowercase letters! Always read and check what you type before you press Enter. It is very important that you type as accurately as possible. You will also need to type UPPER CASE LETTERS (Capital letters) and lower case letters (minuscule letters) exactly as they’re shown in the images. Your account may be permanently banned if you make too many typing mistakes.
3. Don’t Type Garbage! We understand that anyone can make a few mistakes while typing, but it is a very serious offense to purposely type incorrect text. Any text that doesn’t resemblance the content of the Image is considered “garbage”. The protect system can detect your garbage texts and will ban your account and you will be penalized.
4. Only type the code “cannot see”, “dontsee” or “blank” when necessary. Only type the codes “cannot see” or “dontsee” for images that can't be read after they have loaded. Sometimes images will take a few seconds to be loaded. Avoid pressing Esc Key on your keyboard until the image has properly loaded.
5. Images are not loading up fast enough? If the timer is running and images are not loading fast enough, then you might have a problem with your internet connection. Make sure that you're not downloading anything and that nobody else is using the internet while you are working. If the images are still not loading up in time, you should upgrade to a faster internet connection. Some remedies would as follows:
Optimizing your DNS 1. go to your desktop start>run>type : "services.msc" 2. find DNS CLIENT , Click twice and try to disable it and stop it 3. done Using google DNS 1. Go to your TCP/IP setting 2. set DNS into 8.8.8.8 and alternate dns into 8.8.4.4 3. restart your connection
6. Press the Esc Key as a shortcut for the "cannot see" code.
Pressing the Esc key will make the same action as submitting the code "cannot see”.
7. Working with 2 or 3 word images (Several Tips)
o Always leave a space between the two or three words:
Exception to this rule:
- If one of the words is only partially readable, then type the readable part (try to avoid the typing “cannot see” or “dontsee” for these images).
o
- You don't need to type some symbols or punctuation marks.
8. Images with spaces and letter separation Be careful with images that appear to have spaces between the letters, most of them don't! You will only need to type space on images that has 2 or 3 words.

There are few reasons why this happens:

3. You have clicked on "Stop Work" button without typing the last images you received. HERE ARE THE STEPS ON HOW TO STOP WORK WITHOUT SKIPPING IMAGES (make this a habit): (You should click on "Pause All" button first, then type all the last images you received before they expire, wait until all IDs are "Paused!", then click on "Stop Work", then you may close the software if you want).

4. IMPORTANT: You might be having slow internet connection when images cannot load for 30 seconds even-though you can still hear the alert sound. However, when this occur in 2 or 3 successive manner, PLEASE DO NOT CONTINUE TYPING. Click on "Pause All" button and type all the last images received before they expire, (if you can see an image but difficult and hard to understand, just type dontsee), wait until all IDs are "Pause!", and then you may close the software.. The more wrong entries you type, the more likely of you get banned. Anyway, you may try to login after 12 to 24 hours, and try to check if loading of images works fine.
Error appears: A big red triangle with ! inside
DANGER: In one session, you have received too many big red triangle images (their subjective assessment of the range of 1 / 20), mostly likely happened to Widows 7. Some experts said you should stop work immediately coz you might get bad priority level if you continue, or worst banned ID. You might also receive image unavailable, you should stop work right-away and close the Software. Login again after few hours or on the next day.
No downloading of files or torrents and video streaming while working if you have slow internet connection. Whether it's 1, 2, 3, or 4, these affects your Priority Level because a single skipped picture is an error..
>> Focus. Don't be distracted; be always ready to type images. >> And also Enable your Sound notification on picture arrival. If you have no speakers, use earphone.
#3.) WRONG USE OF SPACE;
If you have typed images with wrong spacing, these will be detected by the protect system and your account will get banned. Most of the CAPTCHA are in two words.
